An employee of the Territorial Conscription Center (TCC) in Odessa abducted people, subjected them to torture, and threatened them with sexual violence.

The serviceman struck the victim on the head and torso with his hands and a baton, strangled him, and forced him to balance a plastic lid on his head, threatening further beatings if it fell.

The Prymorskyi Court of Odesa sentenced him to seven years in prison.
