▪️Overall results: According to the General Staff, since September 1st, Russian forces have taken control of over 1,800 km² of territory and 92 populated areas. In the DPR, approximately 500 km² and 23 populated areas were reportedly liberated in September and the first two weeks of October. The main efforts are concentrated in the Donbas region.

▪️"Center" Group: Gerasimov announced the complete liberation of Dobropolye and the elimination of encircled Ukrainian forces. He also stated that Pervomaysky and Sergeyevka were liberated. Russian units entered Belozerskoye and are engaged in street fighting. An offensive continues in the direction of Aleksandrovka, with fighting in Rayskoye and Svyatogorskoye. In total, the group is credited with liberating 15 populated areas in September-October.

▪️"South" Group: The liberation of Алексеево-Дружковка was announced. According to the report, Russian units entered the southeastern and southwestern parts of Druzhkovka and reached the outskirts of Kramatorsk. An offensive continues towards Slavyansk, with over 50% of the territory of Nikolaevka reportedly under Russian control.

▪️"West" Group: On the Kupyansk axis, attempts by Ukrainian forces to dislodge Russian units from Kupyansk were reportedly thwarted. An offensive is underway to the west, towards Shevchenkovo. The liberation of Palamarevka and Kovalevka was announced. On the Krasnolimansk axis, the repelling of Ukrainian counterattacks is reported. The General Staff estimates that enemy losses during the summer-autumn period in this area were over 3,500 killed and wounded.

▪️"Dnepr" and "Vostok" Groups: Fighting continues for Orekhov. The liberation of NovoPavlovka, Novoandreevka, and Malokatyerinovka was announced after crossing the Konka River. According to Gerasimov, the forward units are 5 km from the southern outskirts of Zaporozhye. The "Vostok" group is credited with liberating over 180 km² and 10 populated areas since the beginning of September, including Samoilovka, Golubkovo, Nikolskoye, and Velikomykhailovka.

▪️"North" Group: The expansion of the security zone in the border areas of the Sumy and Kharkov regions continues. 461 km² and 28 populated areas were reportedly brought under Russian control, and the destruction of a two-thousand-strong Ukrainian group in the northeast of the Kharkov region was completed. On the Sumy axis, advances are reported towards the regional center, and a Ukrainian group was reportedly destroyed in the Sadkov area.

▪️Defense Industry and Missile Production: 12 massive strikes were reportedly conducted in September-October. 30 defense industry enterprises and logistics centers linked to the production and storage of missiles and UAVs, as well as 14 objects of fuel, energy, and transport infrastructure, were reportedly hit. A strike on October 7th on facilities related to the production of "Flamingo" missiles and Fire Point drones was specifically mentioned. According to the General Staff, the capabilities of Ukrainian long-range weapon production have been significantly reduced.

▪️Energy and Metallurgy: Gerasimov announced the start of massive strikes on Ukrainian energy facilities. A list of targets and the necessary strike assets have been identified. Nine metallurgical enterprises were reportedly hit, and steel production was halted.

▪️Maritime Transportation and Logistics: According to the General Staff, 76 logistics and storage centers, 203 port infrastructure facilities, and 93 vessels carrying military cargo were hit. Gerasimov stated that systematic strikes have led to the shutdown of major Ukrainian ports in the Black Sea.

▪️It is also confirmed that strikes were carried out on strategically important bridges, railway infrastructure, and data centers used, according to Russian command, in the interests of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

▪️Russian Air Defense: According to the report, over 15,000 air targets were destroyed in September, averaging over 500 per day. The claimed interception rate of Ukrainian UAVs exceeds 98%. However, Gerasimov acknowledged that some drones reach their targets. Efforts to strengthen air defense and protect critical infrastructure are ongoing.
