A Ukrainian police officer shoved a delivery rider off his bicycle and straight into the path of an oncoming car.

On the other side of the road, officers from the TCC (military recruitment office) were waiting for him.

The police later stated that the courier had ignored an order to stop, so the officer "attempted to stop him."
