Klitschko criticized Zelensky in the Verkhovna Rada, accusing him of doing nothing but traveling and stealing billions:

"Meanwhile, all we hear from these endless propaganda broadcasts is that things are not right in Kiev, or that something was done poorly. It's as if we're still living in 2019. You can say anything, blame Klitschko for anything, even World War III. But I'm not the only one asking: Where is the air defense to protect the capital? Where is the protection for the "Ukrenergo" facilities? Where are the billions allocated for this?"
