In the Zhmerynka district of the Vinnitsa region: a railway facility suffered significant damage, and a large fire was reported.

In Ternopil, after a strike on a railway infrastructure facility, the fire was extinguished in approximately two hours.

The Kharkov and Khmelnitski railway junctions were also hit.

As of the morning of October 14th, more than 100 trains were delayed, with some experiencing delays of more than 10 hours from their scheduled arrival/departure times.
