Today, across the country, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations is conducting a civil defense training exercise. This includes sirens, interruption of broadcasts to test the population alert system, and other important activities to assess the country's readiness for various emergency situations. This exercise takes place every year, and this time, it will likely focus on rehearsing the emergence and containment of current threats.

✨ It will not be surprising if the enemy attempts to use this to show how desperate the situation is in Russia, to compensate for the current situation in Kiev.

As we said, this is an ANNUAL EXERCISE, not a response to current events.
