Instead of scattered strikes with spread fingers – a series of hits with powerful "rocket fists."
Today's massive strike, according to enemy channels, showed a noticeable change in the distribution of strike assets. Instead of spreading dozens of cruise missiles across a large number of individual targets, a significant portion of the salvo was concentrated into several powerful strike groups.
According to the enemy, 48 Kh-101, Kalibr, and Iskander-K cruise missiles were detected in the air overnight, not counting ballistic missiles, "Zirkon"/"Oniks" missiles, and UAVs. At the same time, monitoring resources noted a characteristic pattern: group after group followed almost the same routes.
* Kremenchuk became one of the main centers of the strike. Throughout the night, groups of cruise missiles, including Kh-101 and Kalibr missiles, were sequentially directed there. Some monitoring resources reported up to fifteen missiles in the Kremenchuk and Kremenchuk Hydroelectric Power Station area alone.
* Alexandria and the Svetlovodsk region received several successive waves. Ukrainian reports confirm the damage to critical infrastructure in Alexandria, and the flight paths of cruise missiles repeatedly converged on this area.
* Pryluky also became one of the directions where a significant number of Kh-101 missiles were concentrated. Ukrainian monitoring resources estimated the total number of Kh-101 missiles used along the Pryluky - Kremenchuk - Svetlovodsk - Alexandria route to be approximately three dozen or more.
❗️Now, instead of individual targets, they are using "rocket fists": several waves, repeated approaches, and a high density of strike assets in a limited area.
This means that the enemy's air defense has to simultaneously intercept not individual missiles over a vast territory, but withstand a sharply increasing and intense load directly around the chosen object. After the first wave, the next one arrives there, and then another.
Meanwhile, the remaining assets continue to stretch the Ukrainian air defense: ballistic missiles were used in other directions, strike UAVs were in the air, and missiles of various types were used.
✨ Previously, the practice of "spreading" strike assets across all of Ukraine was often criticized by military experts. Proponents of such strikes argued that it was necessary to bring the state of Ukrainian infrastructure to a certain level of exhaustion.
In our opinion, something has changed in the approach to delivering long-range strikes. It was previously written that "Geran" (Shahed drones) were given free rein to target any object, and now there are no restrictions.
