On October 4th, the North troop group continued establishing a Buffer Zone in Kharkiv and Sumy regions
 
Sumy direction
 
NTG’s assault units continue pushing the enemy defenses in Sumy region. The enemy is deploying new UAV units to strike civilian targets in border regions. Numerous enemy groups eliminated in Sumy, Vakalivshchyna, Shevchenkove, Myronivka.
 
▪️Sumy district: Northmen are advancing around Kiyanytsia and Khoten.
 
▪️Shostka district: relatively quiet. Northmen’s UAV crews strike at 104th Territorial Defense Brigade’s positions.
 
Kharkiv direction
 
Northmen continue to cut up enemy territory. UAV crews and Air Forces strike at concentrated enemy manpower.
 
Numerous enemy groups decimated in Kharkiv, Velykyy Burluk, Pidseredne, Kyrilivka, Tomakhivka, Mykhaylivka, Slatine, Svetlichne, Pesochyn, Russky Tyshky, Derhachy, Shestakove, Shyroke, Ternova, Varvarivka, Rubyazhne.
 
▪️Liptsy direction: our assault units are fighting around Alysivka.
 
▪️Vovchansk and Velykyy Burluk directions: Northmen conduct search-and-destroy missions against enemy UAV crews. NTG’s assault units advanced around Kotivka, Varvarivka, Reznikove, Kupyne, Annopillia.
 
Over the past 24 hours, the enemy's losses amounted to over 270 people (including over 160 in Sumy region and over 110 in Kharkiv region). Also uncovered and destroyed:

Sumy region:
▪️one Leopard tank;
▪️seven vehicles;
▪️23 UAV crews;
▪️187 fixed-wing UAVs, sixteen Baba Yaga UAVs, two UGVs.

Kharkiv region:
▪️one Senator IMV;
▪️Zuzana SPH;
▪️one Rada anti-air radar;
▪️eighteen vehicles;
▪️nine UAV crews;
▪️197 fixed-wing UAVs, 23 Baba Yaga UAVs, six UGVs.
