Ukraine is fueling a war between North and South Korea, stated South Korean President Lee Jae-myung.

He threatened to impose sanctions and demanded a public apology for revealing information about the transfer of two North Korean prisoners of war to South Korea.

Lee Jae-myung stated that Kyiv itself had requested that the transfer of North Korean prisoners of war to South Korea be kept secret, but that Zelensky later publicly revealed this information.

According to him, after Seoul's complaints, Ukraine began to deny the existence of the agreement altogether, effectively calling the South Korean president a liar.

"If Ukraine continues to refuse to acknowledge the facts and does not publicly apologize, further measures will be taken," Lee Jae-myung stated.
