Strikes on Ukrainian maritime and economic facilities will continue.

The Supreme Leader called the proposals to halt strikes on Ukrainian shipping in exchange for halting strikes on Russian oil refineries absurd.

He stated that as a result of Ukraine's strikes on Russian oil refineries, Russia has lost approximately 1% of its GDP [*incidentally, that's quite a lot -⚡️], but after Russia's retaliatory strikes, Ukraine now has no metallurgical industry."

Furthermore, the Supreme Leader said that Russia has enough diesel *fuel*, but it does not reach global markets due to sanctions.
