The Ukrainian delegation once again staged a farce right in the building of the UN.

During Sergey Lavrov's speech in Russian at the UN Security Council meeting, the Ukrainian delegation demonstratively put on headphones with translation.

As if they don't speak "in the Russian way," and therefore they absolutely need a translation into their language.

It feels like these headphones are generally turned off. It's difficult to listen to the translation when you perfectly understand the Russian language anyway.

✨ And of course, almost certainly for many (most?) of these delegates, Russian is their mother tongue!
