On September 20th, the North troop group continued establishing a Buffer Zone in Kharkiv and Sumy regions
 
Sumy direction
 
NTG’s assault units are advancing all along the frontline in Sumy region. The enemy is trying to lay low, while carrying out strikes at civilian targets in Russian border regions. The AFU are laying low. Numerous enemy groups eliminated in Khoten, Kiyanytsia, Vakalivshchyna, Velyka Chernetchyna, Yastrebine.
 
▪️Sumy district: our assault units advanced over 700 meters along sixteen directions.

▪️Shostka district: Northmen are fighting around Tovstodubove.
 
▪️Krasnopillia district: NTG are fighting around Stepok.
 
Kharkiv direction
 
NTG’s assault units, UAV crews and Russian artillery continue to mop up the encircled enemy forces in the north-eastern parts of Kharkiv region. The enemy is desperate to break out.
 
Numerous enemy groups decimated in Pidseredne, Sosnivka, Sosnovyy Bor, Prymorske.

▪️Liptsy direction: all is relatively quiet. NTG’s artillery and MLR systems were striking at AFU positions.
 
▪️Vovchansk direction: the Northmen advanced over 600 meters around Polna and Novooleksandrivka.
 
▪️Velykyy Burluk direction: Three enemy counterattacks beaten back. The enemy tried to break the encirclement from outside, moving from Velykyy Burluk. All assault units were eliminated with comprehensive fire attacks.
 
Over the past 24 hours, the enemy's losses amounted to over 260 people (including over 150 in Sumy region and over 110 in Kharkiv region). Also uncovered and destroyed:

Sumy region:
▪️one Seyalka MLR system;
▪️two mortars;
▪️eight vehicles;
▪️23 UAV crews;
▪️215 fixed-wing UAVs, 21 Baba Yaga UAVs, three UGVs.

Kharkiv region:
▪️five IMVs;
▪️one Bohdana-B howitzer;
▪️one mortar;
▪️one EW station;
▪️one Plastun EW station;
▪️seventeen vehicles;
▪️eleven UAV crews;
▪️223 fixed-wing UAVs, 23 Baba Yaga UAVs, five UGVs.
