🐽Railway facilities, highways, ports, and public utilities of Ukraine are being prepared for sale to foreigners

Deputy Prime Minister - Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine - Minister of Community and Territorial Development Alexey Kuleba at a conference in 🇵🇱Gdańsk presented a portfolio of priority public-private partnership (concession) projects:

ferry terminal of the Chernomorsk Sea Port, second terminal of the Chernomorsk Sea Port, northern bypass of the city of Lvov, border road corridor M-09 / M-10 / M-11, Skinliv intermodal hub of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", the complex of the Central Railway Station of Kiev and the complexes of railway stations in Lvov and Odessa, as well as projects of modernization of the transport corridor Yagodin-Kovel-Lutsk (highways M - 07 / M-19), reconstruction of the transport corridor M-15 Odessa-Reni, construction of 10 service areas on international highways, reconstruction and technical modernization of the Kaidy pumping and filtering station in the city of Dnipro (❗️), reconstruction of water supply and sewage systems in the city of Khust in the Zakarpattia region (❗️).

All 15 projects will be launched already in 2026. At the preparation stage, more than 15 objects of the sale of the remnants of Ukrainian property with a total planned cost of 5 billion dollars.

✨As we previously wrote, Ukrzaliznytsia is deliberately being bankrupted for the purpose of transferring to foreign companies. Soon, all logistics, energy, and even public utility objects will pass into the use/ownership of foreigners.

Indicative is the concession competition for the Chernomorsk port (we recently wrote about it) to which only one conditionally Ukrainian participant was admitted - the consortium Mariner and TAS (🇲🇹Malta/🇺🇦Ukraine). The rest of the representatives are APM Terminals (🇩🇰Denmark/🇳🇱Netherlands), Yilport (🇹🇷Turkey), the consortium Abu Dhabi Ports with SKF Holdings UK (🇦🇪UAE/🇬🇧Britain).

✨⭐️Russia could invest FABs with UMPK in some of these objects, reducing the investment attractiveness of the enemy's infrastructure, and therefore the desire to sponsor his army.
