TVM Ventures x Trail of Bits

With TVM Ventures, Trail of Bits will lead the establishment of DeFi Standards on TON.

The goal is to increase composability between DeFi protocols and therefore security. Among other things, we will standardize how our ecosystem deals with error messages are handled.

In a few weeks, Trail of Bits will be publishing the first problem statement and request for input from the community possibly on GitHub or some forum.

In Dubai on May 2nd after Token2049 is over, TVM Ventures will invite the key leaders in TON’s DeFi ecosystem to participate in this process together.

Letter to TON Community

In any new ecosystem, there are new challenges. Those who come up with the solutions become the main beneficiaries of the ecosystem growth.

After the end of current bull cycle, we will have two years to build, create, and completely rethink our approach to tackling the challenges we face today.

Since inception, I have held the following unwavering faith in our community:
1. Our community is capable of solving seemingly impossible problems.
2. Independent founders in the ecosystem will disrupt and outcompete the incumbents against the odds.

I have always desired to support exceptional yet underserved founders in the community much more closely, and this is exactly what I will do with TVM Ventures. We will, together, create the future of TON Blockchain and build its path to putting DeFi in every pocket.
