The Central Asia Education Forum will bring together hundreds of guests, experts and young people. We are building a team of proactive, responsible and welcoming volunteers who will be the face of the forum!
✍️ VOLUNTEER ROLES
1️⃣ Welcome Team
Greets participants at the main entrance.
2️⃣ Registration Team
On the left side of the entrance foyer: registers participants, hands out materials and directs them to the plenary session.
3️⃣ Session Guides
Assign participants to session halls, answer questions and escort them to the right room.
4️⃣ Plenary Seating Team
Seats participants in the plenary hall. Name cards with participants' full names will be placed on chairs in advance.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
🔴 Fluent in Uzbek and Russian (English is a strong advantage⭐)
🔴 Friendly, polite, patient and communicative
🔴 Calm under pressure when handling large crowds
🔴 Punctual and available on forum day from 09:00 to 20:00
🔴 Attention to detail when working with lists, names and room numbers
🔴 Team player who follows instructions accurately
🔴 Must attend the briefing and preparation meeting on 28.10.2026
🔴 Neat appearance and compliance with the dress code
🔴 Quick learner (programme, halls, speakers)
