In recent days, the token’s price has dropped and is now unusually lower than usual.
Although the drop hasn’t reached the presale price, the feeling is probably not pleasant — I know it isn’t for me. It’s one thing when you want to buy more — that’s great, it’s an opportunity to make a profitable purchase. It’s another thing when you bought at $2 and realize you could have done it for $1.4 in the end. It’s not pleasant.

What’s behind the drop?
Everything is as usual.
One large holder has come out. Now a second one has started to emerge.
In both cases, unfortunately, the “geopolitical” situation in the region of both holders had an impact.

But life situations can be different, and large sales and red candles can always occur.
What should we do, what should we do?
First and foremost, don’t panic.
Secondly, be patient and analyze the situation.
Panic never helps.
Remember the TWRINV slump in September of last year, when it dropped to $8. Back then, many people panicked and fled the token, selling it cheaply. Where are they now, and where is TWRINV?

But is it really worth comparing these two tokens so directly?
We all wanted the USL token to rocket to the moon like TWRINV and give early holders and presale participants hundreds and thousands of percent growth in the first year. But that didn’t happen, and 8 months have passed since the listing. Why?
USL is 10 times heavier than TWRINV:
- It has 10 times more holders.
- It has 10 times more large whales than TWRINV, and their exits hit the chart hard.
- It still generates almost no profit and, on the contrary, is still a token of subsidized projects that are in the development stages.
- With a high degree of probability, waiting for the token to succeed will also take 10 times longer than for TWRINV.

But we shouldn’t discount the fact that USL is still more expensive than the presale price, and those who joined during the presale are still in the green. And that’s without taking into account the dividends they receive.
USL hasn’t been scammed; like all our other tokens, it continues to acquire utilities and is supported by systemic buybacks and distributions.
The exits of large holders are gradually being bought back, and their large volume is distributed among hundreds of small holders within Tower.

What about the products and our plans?

The apps we launched on Telegram — USL SDK and Pyramids — although they complemented our strategy, did not yield the expected audience growth. They are working and are already attracting a foreign audience to our team, but this is still not enough for success. It seems that Telegram itself and the TON ecosystem are stagnating significantly. A significant portion of the audience has left Telegram, and the endless scams have not only robbed some users but also undermined the platform’s reputation as a place where people want to invest. Ultimately, this negative atmosphere affects all our products on Telegram, including.

The Nova messenger is a product of the USL company; when it starts to be monetized, part of the profits will go to dividends or repurchasing USL.

What role does USL play in NOVA?
NOVA is a product of USL, but the token does not appear directly in the messenger. First and foremost, the rules are dictated by the legislation of the countries and the rules of the platforms for downloading apps.
