PRODUCT DIRECTOR

This is a proper senior leadership role — working closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Credit & Compliance, with direct exposure to the executive team.
You’ll be responsible for shaping the longer-term product vision, leading a cross-functional team and taking complex initiatives from idea and business case through to delivery.
I’m looking for someone with:
- 10+ years in Product, ideally operating at Senior/Lead/Director level
- Strong experience within lending, home loans or property finance
- Experience owning complex product strategy and multi-year roadmaps
- Experience working closely with Engineering in fast-moving product environments
- Experience within a fintech, neobank, lender or other regulated financial environment would be a big plus.
