Key Requirements:
CA qualification is mandatory.
10+ years of progressive finance & accounting experience, preferably with strong FMCG exposure.
Experience as CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or senior finance leader.
Strong understanding of FMCG distribution, inventory, pricing, margins, and trade promotions.
Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial controls.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.
