💎 The upcoming $UPTON IDO is a key component of TonUP's CPP initiative, designed to safeguard the interests of our valued IDO participants.

Key Highlights of the @uptonfinance CPP:

1/ $UPTON will provide liquidity in the DEX, and the liquidity TVL will not be less than 40% of the fundraising amount.

2/ A complete refund will also be initiated in the event that the price falls below 80% of the IDO price for a continuous period exceeding 12 hours within 7 days following the $UPTON listing.

3/ During this 7-day period post-IDO (CPP period), 20% of the funds raised will be used to provide liquidity in the DEX, and the remaining tokens will be securely held in the tonup-custody.ton account, to be released only when the CPP has been fully satisfied.
