The TON testnet has been completely restarted. Testnet config, testnet.toncenter.com, explorers and wallets have been updated.

Please update the config in your testnet services if you are using it as a local file.

The long history of blocks and the large size of the blockchain state with a small number of nodes is the cause of lags. Since the testnet does not have as many nodes as the mainnet, we will restart it every 3-6 months so that the testnet always remains fast.
