Telegram Partners with xAI to Bring Grok to Over 1B Users

Telegram has announced a 1-year partnership with Elon Musk’s xAI to integrate the Grok chatbot across all Telegram apps. As part of the deal, Telegram will receive $300M in cash and equity, plus 50% of Grok subscription revenue generated through the platform.
