A developer named Dr. Awesome Doge published some key milestones that the NEWTON team played in the history of the TON blockchain

Dr. Awesome Doge outlined in an article the 10 key contributions that his NEWTON (TON Core) team has had on the development of the TON ecosystem.

Officially recognized by Telegram since 2021, his team played a prominent role in creating TON Foundation and in the unique history of our blockchain community.

NEWTON's biggest achievements:
1. mytonctrl – a tool for automating node management and validator configuration
2. tonmon – a system for monitoring the blockchain health
3. tonmine – a solution for tracking mining and donor contracts
4. Multichain Bridge – provides interoperability between TON, Ethereum, and BSC
5. cryptobot – a Telegram wallet for managing $BTC, $TON, $BNB, and $USDT
6. toncenter – an API for simplified access to blockchain data
7. explorer.toncoin.org – the first TON blockchain explorer
8. ton.sh – a new data explorer with a public API
9. TonWeb – a JavaScript SDK for working with wallets and smart contracts
10. TON Wallet – the first TON wallet, operating today

These developments earned NEWTON team the community's trust and laid the foundation for TON's future.

By June 2021, the NEWTON team officially documented their achievements in an open letter to TON developers on GitHub. This letter marked the beginning of a new chapter as Telegram recognized NEWTON's contribution and made TON ecosystem stronger as a result.

Dr. Awesome Doge now works to expand the TON ecosystem in Asia and supports projects such as @TONXAPI, TonStake, and other initiatives. According to him, the spirit of NEWTON lives on and continues to inspires new generations.
