South Korean stock market opened high and closed low.

According to Bitget market data, South Korea's KOSPI index closed down 26.54 points, or 0.44%, on Wednesday, October 14, erasing an intraday gain of over 2% to settle at 6008.81 points, while SK Hynix fell 1.66%.
