上市公司TROOPS拟以至少4000万美元全股票交易合并EFFORCE

Nasdaq-listed firm TROOPS announced a merger with blockchain energy efficiency platform EFFORCE, an all-stock deal with a minimum valuation of $40 million. EFFORCE was co-founded in 2020 by Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and other partners; Wozniak will retain his EFFORCE shares post-merger. The transaction will integrate TROOPS’ financial services and technology operations with EFFORCE’s expertise in blockchain and sustainability.
