TOP is looking for an AI Transformation / Automation Lead to drive company-wide AI adoption and operational automation across its teams and products.

In this role, you will identify high-impact automation opportunities, audit and optimize internal workflows, launch AI-driven pilots, build automation roadmaps, and work cross-functionally to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and scale operations through practical AI and automation solutions.
