I am looking for a skilled podcast producer to take our podcast to the next level. We have high-quality content, awesome guests and an enthusiastic audience. Your job would be to turn this raw goodness into a delicious product and scale it to many thousands of listeners.

Tasks:
1. Distribute our content on the major publishing platforms.
2. Set up monetization tools and direct the marketing efforts.
3. Prepare cover art, illustrations, timecodes, etc for each episode
4. Would be nice to have: editing/denoise.

You will get a significant share of all the profits generated by our production.
