Homepage update and automated app promotion.

TON App's homepage has been updated. We've highlighted the news, added an automatic scroll for the main banner and the new “Promoted Apps” block.

How do Promoted Apps work?
• Pay 100 TON and your app's logo & name will appear in the first spot in this block.
• With every new 100 TON deposit, the older apps will be moved to the right.
• You can add one app to this block more than once.
