April 11 published a note about the CC0 permissive license for the Fingerprints collection.

Permissive license:
1. In Creative Commons Zero (CC0) format, allows you to create creative remixes with the benefits of both the original and derivatives.
2. Emphasis on low accuracy + metadata.
3. Classification of metadata by source packages in CID. Assembly from ipfs(x1+x2+...xn) (open fingerprint generation algorithm)

Solution is as follows: the image is divided into squares (blocks, pixels) of the required size, the main color is determined in each of them, after which the square is filled completely with this color.
