TON’s deep integration with Telegram is ~2 years old.

The infra is live, users are there (1B+), but understanding hasn’t fully kicked in yet.

Bitcoin needed ~4 years for its first “aha” moment.

TON + Telegram are still in that window.

Same pattern:
build first → understand later → repricing comes last.

This is why many say it’s still early.
