02. LOGIN PROOF REQUIREMENT
A login proof must be submitted within 24 hours after successfully accessing the purchased account. Failure to provide valid proof within the required time frame will automatically void any warranty or replacement claims.

03. WARRANTY PROCESS
All warranty requests are handled in the order they are received. Processing may take approximately 2–7 days, depending on the type of issue and the current service queue. Please remain patient and avoid sending repeated inquiries during the process.

04. PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is required before any order is processed. We currently accept QRIS as the only available payment method. No exceptions will be made.
