Auchan (Walmart Clone) and Leroy Merlin (Home Depot Clone) have been taken under state control in Russia. This should be no surprize as every grocery chain has been threatened over and over again for price gouging. Well maybe now their day has come. The official reason is that this was done to make sure they work fluidly, employees get paid, and maintain their stock value. Nothing says maintaining stock value like forced nationalization 😅
