Friends, due to the high volume of inquiries, we are publishing the team’s key decisions below.

1. Network Migration to Ethereum
We have made the decision to migrate the token from BNB Chain to the Ethereum network. This move is driven by a new strategic partnership, the details of which will be disclosed at a later date. This step grants access to broader institutional liquidity and simplifies integration within the ecosystem.

2. Refund and Buyback
For the current token on BNB Chain, we are issuing a full refund to all holders, alongside a buyback of the coins.

Refund requests are accepted within 30 days - until May 23, 2026 (inclusive)
After this date, refunds will not be processed
Tokens will no longer be considered valid after the deadline

Refund currency:
All refunds will be processed in BNB

• Wallet address used for purchase
• Amount of tokens purchased
• Transaction hash (TXID)

4. Listing Date
Information regarding the postponement of the public launch and exact timelines will be announced separately. At this time, the priority is the accurate settlement of accounts with current holders and the technical migration.
