Somebody created an interactive PHATE graph (similar to a PCA) for the Slavic-related Central East European identity-by-descent cluster, which has been reported on in a few recent studies.

The pink dots belong to the Bronze Age to Medieval Baltic IBD cluster (which also includes a few Siberian-shifted Uralic samples).

Potential early Slavic samples from Hungary and the Balkans had a lot of Baltic-related ancestry, with many being near-indistinguishable from Balts.

Medieval Slavs, who still belong to the CEE IBD cluster, are much more genetically diverse, having mixed variably with Balkaners, Germanics, Celts, and to a limited extent Sarmatians/Scythians, Balts, and Uralics.

When geneticists finally discover Iron Age samples from the proto-Slavic homeland in southern Belarus and northern Ukraine, I suspect that they will cluster with Bronze Age Balts and have a very limited amount of non-Baltic ancestry, if any.
