Pedo hysteria update:

A 17 year old girl dating a 13 year old guy is a "pedophile" because he's a "child" and she's an "adult" (i.e. adolescent and late adolescent, respectively).

There is an immense amount of variability in pubertal development and people typically pair up with those who are similar to themselves due to assortative mating. Maybe she's just turned 17 and he's about to turn 14? Perhaps she's a late bloomer and he's an early bloomer, in similar stages of development? Even if that were not the case, there's really nothing wrong with this. Romeo and Juliet laws exist for a reason.

As I said in June, these hysterics want to criminalize age gaps larger than that between identical twins and it's going to nuke our already crippled birth rates.

By the way, a 19 year old guy dating a 17 year old girl is also a pedophile because he's an "adult" and she's a "child" (both late adolescents).
