I don't really want to do it, but I'm going to read studies on the prevalence and nature of child sexual abuse. I read a CDC article claiming that 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 20 boys are victims of at least one instance of CSA, but this was a lifetime total for all ages under 18, rather than prepubescents alone. I have not yet read the sources, but given that pedophiles are only ~2% of the population, I imagine the frequency is much lower for prepubescents. I also imagine the CDC's definition of CSA is quite broad and probably includes things like "harassment." I remember a study from the UK that included children & adolescents sexting each other nudes as "child sexual abuse."
