I would press the red button solely to cull the blue button pressers btw, so the left's accusation holds true for people like me.

But the average right-winger does not think this way, they think "Why should I clean up your mess, when you could've pressed the Button That Does Nothing?"

If there were a secret third button that guaranteed my death but also the deaths of everybody who pressed blue, I would be very tempted to press it.
