Fortunately, many influential RW people who were linked to Russia at the time have since turned their back on them; Generation Identity comes to mind (Martin Sellner is great, I love that guy now).

Many people who called me insane back then later reached out and said I was right about everything, which I was.

Unfortunately, Russia, China, and their allies still have their claws sunk in the Western, and particularly American, right-wing.

I don't think it's a coincidence that a lot of the insane anti-Trump demoralization propaganda is promoted by people who frequently appear on Russia Today.
