Tatars are ~20-50% East Asian, Caucasians are basically white-skinned Iranians, and "Turkics" (I presume you mean Central Asians since Tatars are Turkic) are ~30-70% East Asian.

Ethnic Russians barely have 2% East Asian ancestry.
