we will begin to see this new trend, where billion dollar company launches their own chain, we have seen that with robinhood and arc is next in 8 days.

@arc has an unusually strong setup for a new chain. we have Circle behind it, raised $222m, native stablecoin infrastructure, and an obvious institutional distribution.

the consensus trade here seems to be that Arc will primarily become an institutional/RWA chain.

@RobinhoodApp chain is an interesting comparison. we had a ~$93B company behind the ecosystem and leadership that was openly comfortable with memecoins and retail speculation.

the thing i'd pay attention to now is how many different ways robinhood chain is starting to manufacture wealth effects.

pons has already created 679k tokens from 174k devs and paid ~$47m to creators. daily issuance is back near 25k tokens. being early is basically free now. finding where capital sticks is the hard part.

long is interesting for almost the opposite reason. instead of creating another USD/ETH meme, it makes tokenized stocks part of the game. AI/NVDA became one of the chain's biggest markets, long stock-token volume recently crossed $425m in 24h, and now long is experimenting with wrapping 3x NVDA exposure itself into an ERC-20 that other tokens can trade against. that opens a much bigger design space than stock memes.
NVDA can be the asset, the LP reserve, the unit a meme is priced against, and now leveraged exposure can become another composable token.
