New Discord Announcement from THORChain Devs #🚨thornode-mainnet

## THORNODE ❗ MAINNET ❗ MIMIR VOTE — ENABLE SOL VAULT KEEP-ALIVE

**NETWORK:** MAINNET
**TYPE:** Coordinated (mimir vote)
**URGENCY:** ASAP

Enables the SOL vault keep-alive (periodic `consolidate` self-send) that re-anchors the SOL scanner cursor and prevents the observation gaps behind the recent stuck SOL outbounds. `SignatureRefreshBlocks` = 3600 THORChain blocks (\~6h), matched to SOL's \~1-day tx retention. Currently unset (feature off).

```
make mimir
```

key: `SignatureRefreshBlocks` value: `3600`

Needs a ⅔ supermajority of active nodes.
