🇦🇿 — The Azerbaijani State Service for Special Communications and Information Security says a 'foreign hacker group' carried out cyberattacks against the country's state information infrastructure on October 13.

The attacks targeted more than 100 government domains and disrupted access to the online information resources of several state institutions.
