To begin with, I am not Russian and I don't speak Russian. I know only its alphabet.

With @iDubTG I co-created 📖dictionary.tg—the first knowledge base about Telegram in the form of a dictionary.

I'm also the author of 🟦 MTKruto—a JavaScript library for creating Telegram clients with a focus on Deno and browsers.
