How Like Coin (LIKE) Will Launch in FundApp

A short explanation of the FUND → LIKE-A → LIKE-B → LIKE flow.

1. Project Publication

Like Coin appears in FundApp.
From this moment, all future FUND voters receive a 12-month refund right.
No token sales begin yet.

2. FUND Voting → LIKE-A

Users vote with FUND, which is converted to USD internally.
In return, they receive LIKE-A, the early claim version of LIKE.

Rules:
• Voting stays open as long as at least one vote arrives every 24 hours.
• LIKE must collect 10,000 FUND (USD equivalent) to advance.
• If there are no votes for 10 days, the project is archived and all LIKE-A can be refunded 1:1 back into FUND.
• There is no cap on how much LIKE-A can be bought.

When both conditions are met (24h with no votes + ≥10,000 FUND collected), the FUND phase ends.

3. USD Sandbox → LIKE-B

The system locks the final LIKE-A price and sets the USD parameters:
• LIKE-B starting price
• LIKE-B ceiling price
• USD hardcap: $100,000

The USD phase then opens: USD → LIKE-B.
It lasts up to 30 days, or until the ceiling price is reached and the $100k hardcap is filled.

4. Launch of LIKE

Launch happens when the USD phase:
• hits the ceiling price (reaching the $100k hardcap), or
• reaches 30 days.

A DEX pool is created at:

Launch Price = Final USD price × Premium (5–20%)

At this moment, LIKE becomes the final token.

5. Conversion and Vesting

LIKE-A (from FUND):
• Convert to LIKE with 30-day linear vesting, or
• Refund into FUND 1:1 within the 12-month window.

LIKE-B (from USD):
• Converts to LIKE with 100-day linear vesting.
• No refunds.

6. 2x Order

Participants can enable an automatic “2x Order.”
If the DEX price of LIKE reaches 2× their entry price, the system automatically sells all unlocked vested tokens at that level.

7. Liquidity

LIKE receives all FUND and up to $100,000 USD raised during both phases.
These funds are used to supply liquidity in the DEX pool at launch.
