Mandates - OrdinancesI. Before submit an order, please make sure you have subscribed to @TheCouger. This is one of the requirements before your request can be processed.
II. We warmly welcome every account: WORK, PA, BA, CA, FA, ROLE, including real accounts. Everyone is free to enjoy our services as long as our regulations are respected.
III. Please fill out the request format clearly and carefully before sending it to @TheCougerBot. We kindly ask you to double-check your form, as every submission will be considered final and indicates your agreement to our regulations.
IV. Full payment is required before the rental begins to avoid hit & run cases and unfinished transactions. We currently accept payment via QRISS (+500p).
V. Our talents are available from 10.00–22.00 WIB. Replies outside these hours may take longer unless you have purchased the Stay Up Late add-on. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
VI. Please respect the comfort, boundaries and privacy of our talents. We kindly ask everyone to avoid asking for personal information or making requests that may cause discomfort.
VII. NSFW services are only available for clients aged 18 and above. Please respect age restrictions and avoid using faceclaims that are not suitable for NSFW themes.
VIII. If you experience any inconvenience, have a complaint, need a refund or your request has not been fulfilled properly, please contact @TheVisageBot with a clear explanation and any supporting proof so we can assist you as fairly as possible.
