For those using Acts 17:26, notice in Acts 17:21 (another context verse) that God calls other races & ethnic groups as "strangers". And notice how Acts 17:21 mentions "which were there" immediately afterward. Showing that those races were NOT ORIGINALLY FROM ATHENS BUT HAD TO TRAVEL THERE
