30 day moon cycle when you observe what actually is.

First crescent 🌙 for Virgo will be Aug 17. And this starts the new next month.

This month of Leo is also the Islamic New Year.
The first month is called Muharram.

The 10th day after the first crescent, is celebrated. Its called Ashura. It means 10th.

On The 10th day the moon will be in Scorpio ♏️. The ascended of Scorpio is the Eagle. 🦅

Scorpio's representation is either a squandering of the chrism oil (scorpion, belly on the ground), or the raising of the oil (high as an eagle).

Muharram means forbidden--this month is selected as being a sacred month, therefore Sins are forbidden during this month.

Leo is the Fixed Sign of Summer. One of the Biblical 4 beast or 4 pillars.
The fixed signs are the representation of life because they are in the middle of each season.

’Indeed, the number of months with Allah is twelve [lunar] months in the register of Allah [from] the day He created the heavens and the earth; of these, four are sacred. That is the correct religion, so do not wrong yourselves during them…’ (Qur’an, 9:36)

In terms of the physicality of the Sun: it is going downward on its vortex. Its circles starting to expand. A magnetic pull back toward earth.

All is Atum.
