From the Book of Enoch Measure.

Think of pouring water into a measuring cup.

You pour 1/4 a cup. You don't then say 3/4 a cup is a shadow.

You say 1/4 cup is filled and 3/4 is not filled.

This is the same with the moon. The dark part is not shadowed.

Light is poured into the moon from the Sun, in a measured way.

Also:

Orb---from Latin orbem (nominative orbis) "circle, disk, ring, hoop, orbit," probably related to orbita "wheel track, rut,"

Orb means disk. The sun and moon are discs moving on a track. Go here to learn how to see for yourself.

Its easier to see the sun disc in the morning hours or with a filter.
Video here.

More proof they are discs is from the disc-cycles which Biblical are the disciples. The 12 Zodiac the disc sun travels through.
