I saw a video going around about alkaline water not being acidic.
So, here is everything you need to know about the SCAM of alkaline water:
Alkaline water is treated with baking soda. Many companies even write it on the back label. Turn the bottle over a read.
Drinking baking soda water or "alkaline" water does NOT make your blood alkaline. Or your body's pH alkaline.
What it does it make your stomach acid alkaline. Which is a BAD thing.
Why?
You need the stomach acid to be acidic, in order to breakdown food, for proper absorption through your bowels.
When you eat fruit for example, the acid in your stomach turns that fruit into HYDROGEN.
Oooo---hydrogen--scary right?
No.
What does pH stand for?:
Potential Hydrogen!
By eating fruit, it turns to hydrogen. By eating less acidic foods, it keeps the hydrogen at level.

This only happens because of properly acidic stomach acid.
Drinking alkaline water disrupts the whole process and will not make your blood pH neutral. Eventually, it will make your blood pH more acidic because of your stomach's inability to breakdown food properly.
"Alkaline water" is a not only a money scam, but harmful.
What you want to drink is pH neutral water with minerals. Like fresh spring water, which is hard to find at the source...
So, distilled water is best with minerals added, or sea moss added to the diet.
For a true detox of aluminum, according to the real science Dr. Christopher Exley did, The next best thing is a store bought water containing silica.
You can read the back labels to see which spring waters contains silica.
