🔴 IRGC Navy:
A violating container ship that intended to transit an unauthorized and high-risk route in the Strait of Hormuz in southern Iran struck a naval mine, causing an explosion and an intense fire.

This ship, carrying a cargo of more than 2,500 containers, sank this morning in the southern waters of the Strait of Hormuz due to the severity of the fire.

Local vessels and fishermen are urged to exercise maximum safety while transiting this route to avoid colliding with containers floating on the water.
