US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced sanctions against the International Criminal Court on Friday, hours after the Nobel Prize was awarded to the courtโs former judge Navi Pillay.
Rubio called the ICC a โrogue courtโ and threatened to โdismantle it piece by piece.โ
